Most important is rest, you will need to take time out from the game if you indeed play tennis so that the tendons can heal properly. Otherwise you will simply continue to be in pain and may cause irreparable damage to your arm and elbow. So treat yourself right and rest and relax for a while, you will be back in the loop before you know it and will play a great game while also being pain free.
